Terms

VeloraOS Services is a sole trader business based in Greater Manchester, UK. These terms cover services supplied by VeloraOS Services through the VeloraOS website, accounts, newsletter, and enquiry forms while the product is in early development.

Website use

The website is provided for information, account access, purchases, early access interest, and communication with the VeloraOS team. Content may change as the product develops.

By joining the newsletter, you agree to receive VeloraOS product and launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Accounts and purchases

Paid plans are available only to customers aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and licence keys secure. Prices and subscription details are shown before checkout, and payment processing is provided by Stripe. Cancelling stops the next renewal: monthly access continues until the monthly paid-through date and annual access continues until the annual paid-through date. Partial refunds are not normally provided for the current paid period, but this does not limit cooling-off, faulty digital content, misdescription, duplicate-payment, or other statutory rights. Renewal reminders are not currently sent, so customers should review the billing date shown in their account and Stripe customer portal.

Beta programme

Preview access is governed by the separate Beta Programme Terms, which must be accepted before entering the tester workspace.

No production guarantee

VeloraOS is under active development. Public pages, preview builds, pricing, features, and timelines may change before commercial release.
